The Rhino Iguana is endemic to Hispaniola and its offshore islands. It is one of the biggest species of Iguanas and can reach 120 cm in length and weigh up to 12 kg. Green Iguana (Iguana iguana) The Green Iguana comes from Central and South America and is very popular as a pet. However, most people do not realise that they can grow to be one of the biggest lizards there is, reaching 2 metres in length and 15 kilos in weight.
