The Kiessling family’s relationship with Thailand is rooted in a historic bond of deep respect and closeness, dating back to Prince Mahidol’s visit to Tenerife in 1913 and the later stays of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit and Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana in our islands. This bond joins us today, in a very special way, to the sorrow felt by the Royal House and the people of Thailand.
