We are sad to announce that last night the female dolphin Ruffles passed away at the advanced age of 40 years.
Ruffles has now been transferred to the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria for a necropsy to be done by Professor Antonio Fernández and his team of experts, and we will know the cause of death in the next few days.
With Ruffles, we lose one of our founding animals, lamenting that nothing could be done for her.
